NED VANKEVICH is a university professor, filmmaker, and author. He has a PhD in communication with an emphasis on rhetorical criticism; an MA in Humanities with an emphasis on the "great books;" and a BA in English from McGill University where he won the academic Shakespeare Gold Medal award. He has presented papers on rhetorical criticism at many conferences and written multiple children's books and screenplays. He is currently working on a political book delving into why our liberal democracies are so polarized and dysfunctional. Hint: bad stories told well.
